An unsolicited review: Absolutely five star service from the first phone call. I was given suggestions to see if I could do something to fix the problem. Ryan came with his invisible cape on and took care of the problem with minimal cost. This all happened within one hour. With our Florida heat this is most appreciated!
Fleming Brothers is the BEST AC company I have ever used. They are reliable, honest, fairly priced, and experts in HVAC systems. Spoke to the always cheerful Tracy this morning to arrange for a service call. Ryan arrived on time and performed some methodic troubleshooting to track down the issue, which ended up being a defective part in the air handler. Ryan had the replacement part on the truck, installed it and my A/C was back up and running quickly. If you have an A/C problem you need to call Fleming Brothers.
Fleming Brothers restored my faith in honest business practices. My air conditioner went out on Mother's Day. I called Fleming Brothers for an appointment to diagnose the problem. (Another company had already told me I needed a new unit.I was just getting a second opinion.) Far and away the BEST AC company I have ever used. We have called them at least five or six times over the last few years for regular maintenance, repairs, etc and I have always been impressed by their quick response time, honest/fair pricing, and overall customer service. I will never use anyone else. I have also referred multiple friends and they have all been more than satisfied with Flemming Bros. I wish all companies operated like this one.
