I took my husband’s truck in to get a quote for rust repair, and I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Chaz. After taking a look underneath the truck, he noticed that some bolts connecting the frame to the cab were loose. He immediately had someone fix the issue at no charge before I left. Took my 2017 WRX in to get the valves cleaned with the walnut blasting service and couldn't be happier so far. It's only been two mornings/cold starts since the service, but, long story short, the engine is no longer living up to its "boxer" name. The cold starts have been improved dramatically - no pinging/knocking and the rumbling is almost completely unnoticeable, which is what I had been used to for years.
