In June of 2023 I asked them to look at a sagging spot on my floor and provide a recommendation to fix it, as I have some experience working in crawl spaces. After I paid, I was given the report and it was significantly more vague than I had ever seen. I assumed that I was just extremely ignorant and that a more experienced crew would be able to interpret this document in a meaningful way.
