DO NOT HIRE. Fleischaker has a history of placing clients/cases into competency suspensions. These suspensions are detrimental to the client and done at his whim. Once entered into Missouri's Competency pipeline it is extremely timely, difficult and expensive to get out of. Mr. Fleischaker’s office called and told us a refund check was ready for us to pick up. We showed up Monday the 30th at 10:30 to pick said check up. The secretary was not in the office. Another woman went and asked him about it and he stated he knew nothing about it. Then he started yelling saying he didn’t have time to mess with it. He had time to take the money earlier though. Very unprofessional!

Eww Edit: no one is trying ‘extort’ you for leaving a negative review. Dumbest statement to ever come out from a lawyer lmaoo. You can see the type of trashy individual he is. I would be wary of using this nasty creature for anything considering he reports all the negative reviews.
