We just moved to the area and needed someone to check over our vehicle as we've experienced a lot of issues with it before the move. Our neighbor recommended Trace as he helped him in the past and had a great experience. Trace was thorough and extremely trustworthy. He sent me pictures of an issue he found and called me to explain before taking any action. He was very honest when we picked the car up and asked him some questions about the vehicle. Will definitely see him again for any car needs.

I should have never taken down my post. I was trying to be nice but my transmission and rear main seal are both leaking again. You charged me $1500 for the replacement of the seal and then you charge me $1400 for a new FICM and wiring harness And my truck still takes forever to start and I did send you videos after I got it back from you of it not starting at 4AM you literally ripped me off $3000. Trace is awesome,,, I had a very small transmission leak and just wanted the seal replaced,,, every shop I talked to wanted to take out the transmission and open it for a internal inspection,,, I just wanted the seal replace,,, my wife knew trace wife,, that’s the only way of how I found this shop,,, he replaced the seal and found that I also needed a rear main seal and a carry bearing,,,, I’ll definitely be giving this place all of my business Had to edit my review 10-12-24 I sent my truck back to get more work done, it wou... read more
