I have lived here for more than a year. I feel safe here and in the neighborhood. I often walk to area businesses such as Giant and Walmart. We have many options for travel - the Fort Totten Metro, bus stops, and personal car. I can be downtown (even during rush hour) within 30 minutes. Maintenance is very responsive. They often respond the same day. The staff work hard to keep the property clean. Teresa and Wendy in the Leasing Office are friendly.
