I had the keratin, Japanese straightening treatment and laser done by Tina! Not only did she explain the process well and how to take care after but did an amazing job on my hair! I will be back! Much appreciated Tina for your hard work! I will always come back to Tina as she puts hard effort to giving you want you want! She is an absolute artist for hair ☺️

Went for a wash & blow dry, the lady showed so much attitude. Told me I should come with an appointment even though she was sitting doing nothing when I walked in and had no other customers. Looked like she was mad that I had long hair and probably had to do extra work to dry my hair. Kept making comments about the thickness of my hair. Poor service and extremely unprofessional attitude. Would never return here again. Also salon is not aesthetically appealing, pipes exposed everywhere. Looks quite cheap.

The result sucks. I was asked to comeback after 3 days of kera smooth, and when i cameback for wash & hair mask she didnt tell anything about this result instead complaining i have very thick hair hard to dry hard to straightening. Then i just check side by side my hair when im home, and this is my hair now. My daily ironing much better than this kera smooth! Not even proper straightening!
