This is an ESOP Company, there is no “one owner”. There is a board of directors, and I hope they read this. I am a current employee and am witnessing comments and discussions by the first shift supervisor within the Wood Manufacturing Department that are NOT inline with the company’s core values. Belittlement if your a shorter person, discussion of male Anatomy, etc. The Human Resources knows about this as well, so that should tell you everything you need to know. I worked here for multiple summers and do not recommend you to apply or work here. I especially would not recommend this to any high school/college student as a summer job. There is a lot of talk on the factory floor from team leads especially about how the younger women there look and dress. It’s unacceptable, uncomfortable, and inappropriate. Laid off all the summer college workers with a month left in the summer, wouldn't suggest any college kids looking for good summer work to apply here.

I have worked at many companies over the years. Fleetwood is by far the best and they treat everyone equally and fair. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, these people probably left due to not wanting to do the work required.

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Upper management is nothing but a joke. No one knows what they are doing and the company is being ran into the ground. The employees on the floor are truly amazing and are under paid and no where near appreciated. No bonus given and the raises were no where close to what they deserve. The employees kill themselves all day for pay that is a slap in the face. The company pays temps better and gives them bonuses but doesn't require them to work any overtime. While full... read more
