Matthew Brandon left a different client's binder open for the duration of my hearing. Mr. Brandon delayed filings for my matter until the day of the first hearing. At the first hearing, he spoke in opposition to our own statement of claim. He also openly blamed me, the client, for his own late filings. He was unaware of the basic facts of my file.
