The installation went smoothly. The installers showed up on time, covered traffic areas in my home where they would be working. I had to leave for work but when I returned A/C was installed and working. Great clean up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Stephanie in the office talked to me many times and all employees for Fleetwood were friendly and responsive. Made the process very easy. I would recommend to others. Brett came out to assess our system which is very old.He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and was very patient answering all our questions. He’s also very friendly and wasn’t pushy like many other companies are when trying to sell.I would highly recommend Fleetwell for anyone looking to upgrade their system.
Scott Hardy showed up for the appointment on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable of all products. He went over different options and price points. His cost estimate was thorough and gave an Emailed cost breakdown before leaving the job site. Well done and thank you! BTW… I just ordered the unit to be installed.
