Freddy from Fleetwell Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing was great. He came out for a heating service call and did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and most importantly, honest. He didn’t try to upsell me at all. Instead, he explained the current condition of my system, went over the pros and cons, and talked through future options in a way that was easy to understand. Hands down the most honest and helpful tech I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years. Highly recommend Freddy if you need HVAC service.

I decided to go with Fleetwell because of the customer service. As I was shopping around, some other big name and local companies (who shall remain anonymous, for now) forgot what it means to be humble. I was treated as just another number rather than a unique individual. My rep at Fleetwell, Brett, did an amazing job of being patient and answering all of my questions in detail.
