The service center in Rockford IL off of 11th St. Is a great place to go for great customer care. Eric and Jennifer in the office are awesome people they take great care of you. The mechanics are very clean with your vehicle. I recommend them for any services you need done.
Jennifer was awesome. I will come back and edit if the repair worked. Back for the EDIT!!! Had a tiny reservoir leak on top of radiator, and a load leveling leaking. $1300.00! 600 miles down the road, radiator had two massive leaks. Filled radiator with four gallons of coolant, lasted less than one mile. The radiator WAS NOT LEAKING before!!! "Mechanic" took off the leveling valve without having a replacement. 200 miles down the road, had to have another delivered and did it myself!!! $1600 tow bill + a new radiator with lab... read more
