Despite the shop being full and everyone, including the manager, working hands-on to assist customers, they took the time to diagnose my truck before their lunch break. Fortunately, the parts needed were available in Albany, which allowed the repair to be completed quickly. The entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Excellent service and a great place to do business.
