Came here and they got me right in and out excellent service , job well done guys
We were on I81 near Carlisle PA heading for the PA Turnpike when our RV started to bounce like small boat in a hurricane. We called Fleet Pride and they sent Garrett. He found the problem with the air suspension in minutes. However he didn’t think he had the right part in his truck to fix it. After a couple of minutes searching he found it, installed it, and we were on our way. Garrett was friendly, efficient, resourceful, knowledgeable and THE guy you want when you’re stranded.
The manager marieh noticed I was a new driver and checked on me. When she notice I had no food she gave me a big bag full and a whole 40 pack of water for free. They did order the wrong part but I would rather wait on the right one to arrive then end up with the same problem I had originally wich was a airbag leak when the right part was there they installed within and hour which was crazy fast on a fully loaded trailer.
Worst place I’ve ever been to. Total rip-off. I came in to replace my truck battery. The staff told me they would test the batteries and asked me to sit and wait. While waiting, I went downstairs to clean the battery terminals myself. After about 30 minutes, the technician finally came down and spent maybe 7–15 minutes testing the batteries. He then told me all the batteries were bad and that replacement would cost $840. I explained that the batteries were still under warranty, but they said I would still have to pay $440 in... read more
