Took two trucks here. One with aircon problem and other one with trailer running lights not working. Running lights couldn't be fixed and out of pocket almost 300 bucks. AC on other truck also not fixed out of pocket almost a grand. The manager is willing to work with you and very accommodating.
I brought a trailer in with an ABS light issue and Fleetpride took excellent care of me. They had the problem fixed within an hour, while the TA location nearby took 11 hours and tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars. thank you for your honesty and professionalism.

The day before Thanksgiving, on my way from NY to TN to visit my daughter, my 32 ft motorhome started leaking gear fluid from an axle. After calling numerous shops without luck, I got to Fleet Pride (Carlisle) and Megan, who I believe is the service manager, answered the phone, listened to my situation, and told me to come right in. I was picking up a load just a few blocks away and while I was getting loaded I decided to do a walk around inspection / check my air pressure in my tires, etc. while I was checking my steer tire air pressure I found that I was running low and didn’t want to drive too far to get air. I called Fleet Pride and asked if they could help me out. They were very kind and said that they would be happy to help out - No Charge!!! Clay was awesome and hooked me up within minutes of arriving. 5 Stars all the way!!!
