If I can give this place 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service and, when you call and ask to see if they have a specific part, you have to have a part number for it, if not, there's no way that they can look it up. Why are you in Business if you can't look up parts??? The customer service rep that answers the phone is always in a rush to get you off the phone instead of helping you, I believe her name is Ashley. This place is a joke I bought some batteries they sold them to me with warranty I went 3 months later one of the terminals melted and they told me that the battery had no warranty . Worst thing of all they have the worst customer service instead of finding a solution they talk to you like your some sort of idiot! Don’t waste your time here go somewhere else.

The sales floor is relatively clean. The staff here just seems inattentive and disengaged with the customer unless it is someone with whom they get along with. The personnel reception has been cold the couple of times I have been there. There is a lack of greeting, personality and attention upon entering. Sometimes people need to be reminded, if you are that unhappy with your job, please do something else because you are just hurting your companies profit and reputation.
