felt the racism in this store and they give weird stares if your not white and they so disrespectful don’t come here i hope this shop goes down and i really hope this owner changes things around like asap and if i could rate it 0 stars i would.
Terrible experience. I bought a starter for my truck from this store for $557. It came with a one-year warranty, but it completely failed after just two months. I brought it back expecting a refund or at least a proper warranty replacement. Instead, they searched for any excuse to deny the warranty, claimed they found a small scratch, and refused to refund my money. This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice. If I can give this place 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service and, when you call and ask to see if they have a specific part, you have to have a part number for it, if not, there's no way that they can look it up. Why are you in Business if you can't look up parts??? The customer service rep that answers the phone is always in a rush to get you off the phone instead of helping you, I believe her name is Ashley.
