Absolutely horrific customer service. Applied for commercial account a month ago and emailed to follow up. I never got a response email, then they declined my application and refused to tell me why. Don’t waste your time. They also don’t call you back and calling just goes to voicemail for your messages to never be returned again. 0 stars! Can’t imagine what it would be like to order through them.
Called the Chattanooga Fleetpride to order a set of fuel pumps and was completely blown off from the parts guy, told that they wouldn't have anything like that. I gave him the part number and he still didn't check just said we dont stock anything like that and I ended the call saying thanks for nothing. I ended up buying 2 pumps from your competitor and they were very helpful even waved their overnight charge to help me out. Your FleetPride location on Rutledge Pike in Knoxville, TN has two of the rudest, most unprofessional fellows we have ever dealt with anywhere. (That is saying a lot) Dealing with them on two different occasions concerning the same part and I will say they were consistent in that they were equally hateful & rude both times.
Had a new compressor, cylinder head and all associated gaskets replaced approx $27,000 at Fleetpride Ocala, FL. Supposed to have 90 day warranty on labor and 1 yr on parts. 84 days and blown head gasket. Just told this morning Fleetpride manager stated it was close to the 90 day warranty so they are offering me a $1,000 credit for the warranty. Truck is currently at a Kenworth dealer for an engine overhaul in TX where it broke down which will cost me an additional $30,000. Fleetpride warranty is a comple lie. I think there c... read more
