Had the terrifying experience of my alternator dying on the highway, and pulled into the Pilot right off the exit. Jamus, our tow truck driver, was very kind and let us hide in his cab from the rain. Corey and Paul were able to get the part and get us back on the road in a few hours, and were super pleasant and helpful. The cost was way less than I was expecting too. I can’t thank these gentleman enough for making a stressful situation a lot easier!

I broke down on Route 86 in NY state near Bath, NY. Through AAA we ordered a tow. Fleet Pride was dispatched. Their service, friendliness and helpfulness was unsurpassed!!! Michael our driver not only took us to the nearest Ford Dealership (which was closed on Sunday) but then took us to the Fleet Pride office to wait for a ride so we did not have to wait outside in the 18 degree weather. I was hit by a wall of 4 ft snow. The weather went from clear to dangerous in just under a second 2 jeeps were buried almost completely before we even left 4 hours later. The police got to us and left us there and told fleet pride to turn around that we were "ok" fleetpride kept going until they got us safe if they did not we would have died. Thank you so much to Corey and the team for helping us out over independence day weekend when we broke down, they went above and beyond! We were visiting from New Zealand and have been telling everyone back home about the town of Bath and it's friendly mechanics 😁 Thanks again Corey!
