Gage Campbell E#403 from here is truly a stand up employee and member of the community. he honestly stands out as a very kind and helpful soul. he came out in the middle of nowhere on an icy road where i hit a downed tree and because of a fault from a AAA employee, he ended up slipping on the same road i was on. luckily, with his extensive skill set and quick thinking, he recovered the truck and called in another, more equipped truck only after making sure i was covered for it. he then drove me and my passenger to a safe loc... read more
Don’t ever call roadside assistance from this place they would send you tire tech to do mechanical work who don’t have knowledge on what he is doing avoid at all cost they charge triple
Very unco-operative. I had to have the police on stand by when I went to get my property out of my wrecked car. They tried to withhold my wifes diabetic supplies. Very unsatisfied.
Had to get a tow. Driver said he couldn't bring my car to the collision shop I wanted. So instead he brought to their lot in Hornell (a friday night) and had it sit over the weekend and charged me for it. VERY dishonest. When I called to talk to the manager he basically wouldn't listen to me and believed his worker and he said I lied?!? Such a scam! The next time I need a tow I will go out of my way to NOT use Fleetpride. I'll tell anyone this story and try to convince them to use anybody else.
FleetPride was assigned a tow for us by TrailGuard. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our tow operator was very careful with our car and got us to the shop quickly and efficiently. He even arrived before the time estimate.
