I bought a couple shocks from these guys, one shock blew out after 2 weeks. Instead of just trading it out or refunding me they made me jump through a bunch of hoops to try and submit it to warranty. After 6 months I called and asked about it, they said they would get back to me and I never heard from them again. That is bad business guys. I hope that $36 was worth this review and losing a local customer's business
This place is the biggest rip off on filters and parts. Do yourself a favor and spend a little time shopping online before paying up to $50 more on average for the same exact item. Fleetpride is out if touch with current prices and can easily be beat online by competitors with free shipping to your home.
1 star — Very disappointed I have a hard time understanding FleetPride's policy of charging customers shipping because FleetPride doesn't have its own product in stock. You sell filters and automotive parts for a living. Maintaining inventory and getting your products where they need to be is a cost of doing business. Why should the customer be charged an additional $25 because you don't have the product sitting on your shelf?
