I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I was charged $635 for diagnostics, but the diagnostics were never completed and no clear results were provided. I was told that additional repairs (battery replacement) were required before they could finish the diagnostic process. Since I declined further repairs, the diagnostics remained incomplete — yet I was still charged the full amount. We brought our truck to this shop for diagnostics and were charged $635, which already seemed excessive. However, the bigger issue was the quality of the diagnosis itself. We were told that the batteries needed to be replaced and that they couldn’t complete the diagnostics without doing so. Based on that, we decided not to proceed with repairs at this shop and picked up the truck. Surprisingly, when we came to pick it up, the batteries were working fine.
