Have a reefer unit in their shop that was involved in an accident 9 months ago FINALLY got notified that the unit was ready, showed up to pick it up and it still wasn't ready as the fuel tank STILL has a lot of damage and needed to get aligned so you could read the fuel gauge don't know how they missed such obvious damage so now we're back to a tug of war with the insurance company who claims that they paid for all repairs and the shop that repaired the trailer it sucks!
