Called in due to dead batteries in the dock at the shipper. They were "johnny on the spot" gave me a jump and I was up and running in 15minutes
Rick is my new best friend! He has towed my truck twice and is always professional, helpful, and friendly. He understands the frustration of being in the side of the road for hours and excuses the "colorful" vocabulary I used to explain my situation.
