Took a Lil while to get my part but it wasn't their fault but the company that the delivery truck came from. Fleet pride was very polite and apologetic even still. Great workers
The guy on the counter wasn't nice, was rude, but the mechanics answered my question nicely.
We were traveling across the country and developed a lack-of-power issue in our Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine. Called Little Rock FleetPride, and recognizing the straits we were in, they were kind enough to tell us to come right in even though they were slammed with work. Outstanding diesel mechanics, and Jason the service manager could not have been more accommodating. Would not hesitate to take our Prevost motorhome there again for service/repairs.
