The guy on the counter wasn't nice, was rude, but the mechanics answered my question nicely.
We were traveling across the country and developed a lack-of-power issue in our Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine. Called Little Rock FleetPride, and recognizing the straits we were in, they were kind enough to tell us to come right in even though they were slammed with work. Outstanding diesel mechanics, and Jason the service manager could not have been more accommodating. Would not hesitate to take our Prevost motorhome there again for service/repairs.
This location is right off the highway and easy to access with a trailer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also do service work here as well. The showroom was well stocked and very clean. I highly recommend if you are in need of parts for your truck.
