Called about a part we needed and the guy was very rude. Had no interest in helping us
Great service friendly staff
Trailer flat. Company mechanic called and advised them I'd be there. They were expecting me and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Good place. I'd go back if I'm in the area and in need of tracror/trailer service again.
Knowledgeable people
I work for Aaron's sales & lease in olean and we have been taking our trucks to fleet pride for a while now! Our delivery drivers feel safe when leaving the shop. The manager rilla is AMAZING. she will call me and keep me updated on everything and will not let the trucks leave the shop if they are not safe! We love everyone at fleet pride but especially we love rilla!
