Guy was so rude to me today all I was doing was returning parts .slammed everything down .talking about other employee and where he was while I stood there for 5 minutes while he sat at his desk behind service center .if your that miserable why are you here??!!!!! All I was trying to do is return parts yall got wrong . I hope you get nicer employees . We don't deserve to be treated with such disrespect .
They tried to help me out with what turned out to be a proprietary trailer light. Got to do some rummaging in the back trying to find a solution but came up empty. The effort was appreciated.
