Didn't catch the load outs name but she was very friendly and delighted to help me retrieve an order purchased online. In and out in no time. Only thing I'd change is the actual load out itself, it's amongst all the other deliveries and trucks and makes it hard to get in and out of.
My experience at this location was absolutely unacceptable. Even though I had an appointment, the female supervisor claimed there was no record of it and told me the earliest available appointment would be in a week. I explained that I had 13 axles to deliver, that losing time would cost me days, that I needed to be home for the weekend, and that it was a holiday. They definitely don’t like women truck drivers. I went in for a specific item, and the sales person tried to gaslight me telling me there was no such thing when I bought them for years.
