I have been using this Fleetpride location for years, always make my stuff a priority. Great customer service. Service manager is friendly and knowledgeable as well as the admin.
The last 3 repairs had to be fixed 2 and 3 times. Called and made an appointment a week in advance, drove hour and a half to drop truck off. As I was walking in the door I overheard service manager tell receptionist I was going to be a difficult customer... filled out work order and went home. Got a call the next day telling me they wouldn't fix my truck. So I had to drive 1.5 hours to pick up truck and hour and a half home and couldn't find another shop to fix because they were atleast a week out and I needed truck back... ... read more
This place is a joke. Had an appointment for over a week. Dropped my truck off they didn't even look at it and said they can't work on it. We called and they said no problem. Now they said can't do it. Well time is money for truck drivers. Don't let my truck sit there for 3 days then call and say it's too much work for you. I heard the Service manager tell the lady that " This guy is going to be difficult " He said that about my husband and I knew it was a really bad place. Very disrespectful staff.
