I purchased a truck part, but was unaware that the warranty policy requires you bring your own tools to test a newly purchased part in the store in order to be reimbursed if the part is faulty. Otherwise, it has to be sent off for warranty testing, takes 6-12 weeks, and you're not guaranteed to be reimbursed your money.
