Serious Integrity Concerns I called to inquire about pricing for brake drums and shoes. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I sent my driver to pick up the parts, the total was nearly double the amount originally discussed. This was for OTR brake shoes. When I called back to clarify the discrepancy, I was told that the quoted price was only for the brake shoes and did not include hardware.
