I feel like the level of customer service is not there. I dropped a flywheel off to get resurfacing. Steve just wanted the name and phone number. I tried to talk with him about what the flywheel was off of. I got nothing back. I have another machine shop that I normally use, but there machine is not working. This is the first time I piked up my part and it was not even cleaned off. I'm use to better service.
Excellent staff and wonderful people helping people I was looking out for fith week handle and I couldn’t find it cuz wheel has to much grease and I have to wibe out with the rag to thanks to Brain
