Extremely helpful, even called other parts houses when they couldn't get what I needed
They Order a PTO and hydraulic a pump for a Ford 650, pump would not mate with PTO took it back gave me another one it was wrong. Called Muncie to get the right part #. Was told that model was in China wouldn't be available for 4+ months. Searched the part # on my own on line the 1st site was FleetPrides web site saying the correct pump is available in Louisville Friday will be there to pick it up. Mitchell Barnes would never have been this ignorant of his products.
Stopped to get a wiring issue repaired TWO days of labour and a hefty bill but the worst is when I was mid way home all the lights and brakes went out all the wiring in the harness had been cut out and now melted and burned Took to my mechanic at home and now it has to be rewired completely due to melted wires on the main box and the secondary battery area This trailer could have caught fire mid route with horses on !
