Do to your reputation for parts we drove over from NJ to buy shocks! Entered your store and was greeted by Eric! Friendly, helpful individual. On the other hand, there sat a female (salesman #1109) who took control of the conversation, who was rude and acted bothered that we even came in. Asked for assistance in replacement shocks.
