Brad, Cindy, and Greg are all knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely great people. Unfortunately, there simply aren’t enough of them to go around. Like many in the industry, they’re understaffed and overwhelmed; not due to any fault of their own, but because finding dedicated, hardworking team members has become increasingly difficult. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but that reflects the staffing challenges, not the efforts or attitudes of the individuals mentioned. They truly do their best under tough circumstances.
