Had an issue an the team worked diligently to get resolved. Yes it did take a little bit wasn't due to lack of effort or continued work on it. I had been with jjkeller since the beginning of the mandate. Chose to move because of price an it is worth the money. Only reason I didnt 5 star an a 4 is because its a 3rd party working with geotab so issues aren't as quickly resolve but definitely resolved.
