Had an issue an the team worked diligently to get resolved. Yes it did take a little bit wasn't due to lack of effort or continued work on it. I had been with jjkeller since the beginning of the mandate. Chose to move because of price an it is worth the money. Only reason I didnt 5 star an a 4 is because its a 3rd party working with geotab so issues aren't as quickly resolve but definitely resolved.
Sergio Pardo was the best. He understood my concerns and walked me though the process.
My organization has been their customer for years and have always been happy with the service. They have the fastest response time in helping me resolve any issues. Sergio is the best!
