I wish I could give this company less than a star, one is more, than I should give. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this company deserve it. When the business began, in 2021 we thought BP/FLEETCOR would be a great way to build business credit. Unfortunately, we were mistaken. Customer service is unwilling to help or provide accurate account information. I’ve called many times and spoke with many different REPS. None of which, is/has been helpful with the account lock issue after payment (paid in full)... read more
Customer service is terrible. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. We have been locked out of our account numerous times for no reason. They put you on hold without warning and for long periods of time. There is no assistance available and if I am connected they cannot help.
