Horrible company to deal with. No communication once you sign up, hard to deal with for everything
Absolute joke of a company terrible service and delays that impact credit rating
Unfortunately I have found myself in financial hardship and reached out to work out a payment plan with them. All I got was attitude a very rude abrupt employee and no compassion at all. I was told " what you expect to use the services and pay nothing at all" This is not what I was asking only some time to get funds together but they did not want to hear that. No wonder they have such bad reviews. My worst mistake was to go with them at all.
Looks like I'm adding to the already low scoring company. And to make matters worse they clearly have no worry in receiving terrible reviews as they do nothing to rectify them. I was until recently a customer with them for 5 years, throughout this time whenever I reached out to them via phone (they sometimes never answer the phone) or email (also ignore ) I did not get a resolution or it did not even get replied to.
