Really disappointed with Fleet Choice. I had my last two novated leases with them but this time their service was non existent. Questions were unanswered, they were not proactive in getting my business and I had no choice but to go to SG Fleet to get my novated lease as they were very responsive to questions and diligent in getting it finalised. I don't know what has happened to this business but it needs an overhaul.
Worst company I have delt with! Constantly chasing up payments from them constantly using excuses they are short staffed! Stay away!
Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a response and slow, no customer care, had a fleet of vehicles with them and luckily no more, Orix and customfleet are much better
Simple, they are terrible at all of it
Horrible company to deal with. No communication once you sign up, hard to deal with for everything
