FleetChoice is, without question, the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. After enduring months of poor service, I finally closed my novated lease when I changed jobs. I thought that would be the end of it. Instead, I started receiving arrears notices, emails and phone calls from the finance company because FleetChoice had failed to forward two payments that I had already paid to them. Really disappointed with Fleet Choice. I had my last two novated leases with them but this time their service was non existent. Questions were unanswered, they were not proactive in getting my business and I had no choice but to go to SG Fleet to get my novated lease as they were very responsive to questions and diligent in getting it finalised. I don't know what has happened to this business but it needs an overhaul.
Worst company I have delt with! Constantly chasing up payments from them constantly using excuses they are short staffed! Stay away!
Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a response and slow, no customer care, had a fleet of vehicles with them and luckily no more, Orix and customfleet are much better
