Not the place for small carriers to rent trailers. You'll have an easier time buying a house than renting a $1200 MTH trailer from this company. Wanted to see more financials than IRS i see why they have trailers always available. Gave up rented a trailer next day without all the hassle from travis
Great company to work with. We bought multiple trailers from them and they are honest, fair and have exceptional customer service.
Your service is terrible! You add extra fake charges and have the worst communication, especially Paul and Teavis. I hope one day you realize that if you want to keep your business up, you need to change your bad policies. Either stop charging fake fees or put freight guard on your company. Fix this now!
My friend dealt with them through a legal lease and found out that they added extra charges to the Trailers after he used them. When he contacted them, they immediately put freight guard directly on his logistics. I was about to make the same mistake and rent 15 Trailers from them, but he stopped me by showing me all the papers and phone calls with them. I am furious that they tried to scam us with hidden charges and I will not be dealing with this shady company.
This company is the absolute worst! They are so unprofessional and dishonest. Their trailersthe worst - broken, dirty, and filled with holes. They don't bother to fix or check for any damage. And to top it off, they add thousands of extra charges and then slap on freight guard at the end. I wish I could give them less than one star because they don't even deserve that.
