Great service! We rented a refrigerated trailer for a local event. We had tons of questions & lots of communication back & forth with Hayden. He always responded right away & was very thorough. Even after I goofed up the dates a couple times, he was always patient & understanding (which I'm super grateful for - that is excellent customer service!). Not the place for small carriers to rent trailers. You'll have an easier time buying a house than renting a $1200 MTH trailer from this company. Wanted to see more financials than IRS i see why they have trailers always available. Gave up rented a trailer next day without all the hassle from travis
