I highly recommend this shop. John is great to work with. He has been honest and prompt every time I've interacted with him. I've had work done on two vehicles, an F-150 a couple years ago and a Camry recently. I originally took the pickup there because Fleet was recommended to me by another shop in town as one of their preferred transmission rebuilders. Had my transmission rebuilt by them and was pleased. Had an issue about 9 months later (not their fault) with the transmission and they took care of it all under warranty including new clutches etc. They also found an unrelated issue with my vehicle and went the extra mile to get that taken care of for me. They had it turned around and back to me ASAP. Can’t recommend enough
John was very helpful and honest. You can tell he doesn’t just want to get money out of you like most places. Will definitely refer people I know to him
I dread car repair/maintenance as I usually feel like they see me coming and try to sell me a much needed muffler bearing or something to that effect. John and his team are the best. The communication, price, and time to diagnose and repair was flawless. I’m thrilled that I found him.
