The whole day I was running around trying to find someone to come look at my car and no one would take me seriously until here. My grandpa called John and he took such good care of me! He made sure I traveled safely to his shop, met me at my car, and took very good care of me! I will never go to anyone else but him! Thank you John!
John was awesome to work with. I took my car to him after Christian Brothers told me that the transmission was shot and needed replaced. John troubleshot the car and discovered the car did not have a single error code for the transmission but that the alternator was having issues. He replaced the alternator and the car runs perfectly. Saved me over $7000 to repair based on the estimate from the misdiagnosis from Christian Brothers. Fleet has a new long term customer now!
This is a family owned business that was very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I had my transmission and differential fluids changed along with an oil change. A great coffee shop named Stitch was within walking distance which was a bonus.
Recently my 2007 Toyota Tundra transmission went out and I was referred to Fleet by another local mechanic for either a rebuild or a replacement transmission. Fleet can do either depending on your model. Long story short, I decided to replace the transmission and the truck drives as smooth as if it were off the showroom floor (and that's with 250k miles). I was having issues with my Chevy Silverado transmission and called to make an appointment with Fleet. I brought my truck in the same day and John diagnosed the issue by the next morning. Could not be more impressed with their professionalism and transparency. Will be going back.
