Called this place looking for a fair price on a transmission service and radiator flush for my 2020 Ford F150. Not only did John beat the dealership prices by a significant amount, he took photos of the technician performing the service on my vehicle to provide me assurance the job had been done. That’s what I call going above and beyond. This place knows how to make it’s customers happy.
John was awesome to work with. I took my car to him after Christian Brothers told me that the transmission was shot and needed replaced. John troubleshot the car and discovered the car did not have a single error code for the transmission but that the alternator was having issues. He replaced the alternator and the car runs perfectly. Saved me over $7000 to repair based on the estimate from the misdiagnosis from Christian Brothers. Fleet has a new long term customer now!
Although this review is long overdue, I still wanted to make sure that I talked about my experience with John & Fleet Transmission which was exceptional! My Honda civic started having transmission issues. Several places turned me down & recommended me to go to the dealership. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple bad experiences at some of the dealerships, so I was hesitant to go back.
