Recently my 2007 Toyota Tundra transmission went out and I was referred to Fleet by another local mechanic for either a rebuild or a replacement transmission. Fleet can do either depending on your model. Long story short, I decided to replace the transmission and the truck drives as smooth as if it were off the showroom floor (and that's with 250k miles). The technician I spoke with was clear and straightforward in his communication, and he demonstrated exactly what the issue was with my vehicle. In an industry where unnecessary repairs are unfortunately common, he could have easily exaggerated the problem or charged for unneeded work, but he did not. John is so trustworthy, hard working and gets the job done in a timely manner. It is so nice to have someone who you can trust to fix your car. He provides the best service every time with fair prices!
John took amazing care of us and was extremely patient when the part we ordered was wrong and he had to help us navigate getting the right part! We by far will go back when we need anything else worked on. He was honest when he didn’t have to be. Truly one of a kind mechanic !
We had transmission problems on our 2018 f150 and I google reviewed transmission shops in the okc area and Fleet transmissions was at the top of the list . I called John and we set up a game plan . We towed the truck in to him and he and his staff went to work. He called me a few times and I called him a few times he always answered and was very informative.
