Terrible experience. They have handled my claim so poorly and do not keep you up to date and informed as they suggest. They will misinform you and go back on what they said. You may not get the same information from each employee and they don’t care to return voicemails or calls either. An almost $100 oil change ended up costing me an extra $150 out of my own pocket. They had left me without a vehicle for a week and still no answers until I finally had to resolve the issue by myself. Unprofessional and sloppy.
