We've used this vendor in the past and did a fair job, HOWEVER when we asked them to replace the landing gear on a trailer, DON required an advance payment of nearly $5,000, which we paid. Fast forward many months, STILL not completed, MANY EXCUSES why and is now downright dodging our calls. This guy is a joke, and we're now turning it over to our Legal Dept to take action and file suite.
