Fleet services was an awesome 5 shop until it was sold a couple years ago. It turned upside down as soon as the business was sold. It's a poorly ran shop! None of the "mechanics" are certified and wing everything so be careful when taking your trucks, rv's, and whatever else there. If you are employed and seek to find another job while still employed with Fleet they'll lie and say how you were fired because they cant find a certified decent mechanic. The lady here was so lazy that she couldn't even bother to get up off her outside furniture and walk in and see if she could get a hold of the Fleetguard filters I was looking for instead her mechanics came up and told me how great the WIX brand is... Which is great WIX is good and I know this as I use them all the time but not what I was looking to use on the tractor I'm servicing I specifically specified that I wanted Fleetguard filters... they need to take the "parts" part off their building if they have no interest in se... read more
My Volvo 630 that I tow my 5th wheel with blew a fan belt and tensioner 10 miles outside of town. Called for mobile service and Chris came out. When it was discovered the tensioner was bad I was towed into their shop as no one local had the part. They were kind enough to let us park the RV in the yard and supplied us with water and electric. The next day the part arrived and we got repaired and were on our way. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.
