Called for a potential hot tub service. Guy answered the phone Hello. Not very professional for a business, I don’t think.
The owner is extremely rude, came out and told me what I needed to order for him to do my repair and to call him once I had the parts. I called once I had them and then after leaving 2 messages he text me being rude and childish. Super unprofessional, I would recommended anyone over them!
