Very Knowledgeable and pleasant
Man, I'm so bummed about how much this place has gone downhill. It used to be the go-to spot for truckers to grab parts, but since they changed staff, it's been awful. The new crew is a mess – some are totally checked out, others don't know what they're doing. Even buying screws is a nightmare now, with all the extra paperwork. Seriously, I wouldn't go back. Hopefully, they'll fix things and get it back to how it was.
