I am a full-time RVer and was staying up in Maine when my service engine light came on my Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. I brought it to Dodge to have them take a look at it. They said it was an actuator, and it cost me $2,500. A week later, I am now in Massachusetts at a campground and the service engine light comes back on again. would not recommend Fleet Maintenance based on our experience. Our 2020 Ram 5500 was at their shop for five weeks. During that time, communication was extremely poor. Every time we called, we were told the truck was “in the shop” and that someone would get back to us, but we rarely received any meaningful updates unless we contacted them first. This place is the best. I was traveling across the Eastern US in my RV and happened to be in town when I needed an oil change. They were able to work me into their busy schedule and get me taken care of. On top.of that, they were affordable. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
