I was stranded in NJ, and needed some help. The customer service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait drastically long for roadside service. Even though my problem wasn’t completely solved, Rob was able to give me a diagnosis to guy me in the right direction when taking my truck to the shop. The guys from fleet first seem knowledgeable and trustworthy so definitely hit them up. Thanks Rob (roadside) and fleet first.
Best shop anywhere on the East Side of the country, beats every dealership. Awesome people, dedicated to the job and very knowledgeable. Save yourself the headache of trying to find someone to work on your truck in a timely manner, eliminate the guessing game of who knows what out there. You might get lucky and find someone else after 50 phone calls , or you can just make one call and breathe easy. Great work guys. Just outstanding!
