The staff are very professional and helpful. It was nice to finally know exactly what type of running shoes I needed for my feet. The shoes I left with, have done wonders for my feet and the pain I was experiencing has diminished. I would definitely recommend this store.
Never had a bad experience here, whether I came in knowing what I wanted or needed assistance and guidance. They're happy to help you make sure you're buying the right product as opposed to pushing to purchase something just to sell a product. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great selection spanning multiple brands.
I would recommend Fleet Feet in Tupelo to anyone! Anna E. is amazing... so helpful and easily one of the kindest and best sales associates I've ever worked with! The foot scan technology is really neat and also very helpful! I know I have a high arch but didn't realize it was quite as high as it is. While I didn't end up buying a pair of shoes, I did get some insoles to accommodate my high arch and I've already been wearing them and they help so much!
