Julius was extremely helpful! I was looking for a shoe not for running but for off-ice figure skating practice and to rehab an injury. He pulled 6 pairs of shoes, returning to the stock room 3 times. And each time incorporating my unique needs, concerns and feedback to narrow it down! An amazing employee who went above and beyond the typical scope here. Highly recommend this store.
We visited this store today to get a pair of Hoka sneakers for my sister in law. it was a great experience, staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They gave us 10% discount on purchase (and this particular sneaker is full price on every other store).

This is a nice store and they have good products. That said, the company's return policy is designed to screw customers. I have bought the same pair of shoes 2X / year for many years from this store. The shoes cost $160. I used rewards this time on the purchase. The version had changed and I needed a different size. Went to exchange the shoe. Because of the rewards, they refunded only $138. King Julius was an amazing employee making my shopping experience very easy. Got the gait test and found out more about my feet than I ever thought I needed. Bought my first pair of running shoes that fit just perfect thanks to King Julius being knowledgeable and giving me different shoe recommendations based on my feet analysis. He was not pushy and very patient while I tried on numerous brands. Highly recommend for new runners and experts of all kinds. They have wild selection and you will definitely find something.
