Couldn't have been happier. Bought a pair of shoes from them but after about a week, they were causing issues with my toes while on longer walks/runs. Went back in and they spent about 45 minutes making sure I got the perfect shoe and perfect fit. Did an exchange for the new shoes. New shoes were actually a little cheaper than the originals and they gave me the difference back after the exchange! Will be back!!
Had a wonderful experience getting fitted for a new pair of running shoes. Will was extremely knowledgeable and made the selection process so easy!
The young man who served us could have been a little more inviting and engaging. He approached us as we entered the store, I was already leaning towards the Hoka brand, landing on the Bondi 9 in Midnight blue, but I inquired about ways to address my gait change as I have aged with overpronation. He did not offer the Fleet Feet fit id Outfitting Process or address my stated foot concerns, other than offering to add insoles.
