My husband & I went in to buy multiple pairs of shoes but ended up walking out. They work on commission & only one sales associate out of 4 tried to help, yes the store empty! I was finally approached and told I had to work with the guy we had bc a potential customer might walk in. I think I’m still in shock that 3 sales associates were just standing around doing nothing while I wanted to buy new shoes

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet in Westlake. Bill used their foot-scanning technology to show that I’d been wearing shoes a size and a half too small, which explained my discomfort. He walked me through the results, helped me find the right shoes, and matched me with insoles tailored to my feet. The difference has already been noticeable. I was disappointed they didn't let me run in the shoes before trying them on. Walking and running are very different. Every Second Sole store I've been to has allowed me to run down the sidewalk right outside to get a good feel for them. I was shocked when I wasn't offered this same service here. I also see others were offered a 3D foot scan. This was not even brought up when I visited. Unfortunately, this experience makes me very hesitant to shop here again.
