First visit. Great service and figuring out best shoe for my needs.
Manager was helpful. Fitting guy was great. He walked us through the process.
Made us wait for 20+ minutes, when we walked in we were just told to wait. For a store with running shoes they don’t seem to care much about people looking for running shoes. Horrible customer service didn’t even have a catalog so you could wait for an hour for them to say they don’t have what you’re looking for. Do better
Complete garbage experience. No staff, sign a board and wait for service without even knowing if they have what you came in for. Clearly not going to make it don’t waste your time.
