Went to Fleet Feet because I’ve been experiencing back issues. I’m not a runner but do enjoy outdoor exercise. Had the foot scan done for both me and my son. I came into today to exchange a pair of shoes that I purchased from another Fleet Feet Location. What can I say? Well, Jason went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right pair of shoes. He took time to explain my foot scan and which shoes would be best for me. Excellent customer service!!! Can’t wait for the Pooler location to open. I’m not going to call out the location that I previously shopped, but going forward this is my Fleet Feet location.
Awesome running store! No running store back where I live in west central Georgia. No vacation in Savannah is complete for me without a trip to Fleet Feet!
People are really quick to leave a negative review, but my experience with Fleet Feet Savannah was excellent. I have been running in the same brand/model shoe(various versions) for almost 5/6 years and I went to Fleet Feet on a recommendation to see what was available or to at least confirm running in the same shoe. I was in Savannah already so I stopped. After the Fit ID scan and trying out different shoes, I ended up in a different brand/model and am very pleased with its performance.
