I've been fitted for running shoes at two other specialty shops previously and have never been fully satisfied because the shoes pinch/rub my heel. Purchased a pair of shoes some months ago, returned to discuss a few questions I had about one of my shoes...before returning I'd come to a few assumptions which ended being nothing as expected, in other words, I expected a hard time...lol..My associate was Christy..OMG, sweet as can be...she listened, looked, analyzed, suggested a few things and I left out HIGHLY SATISFACTIED...There are businesses who still care about their Customers and offer GREAT customer service..Fleet Feet is one of them.
