Rhonda, outstanding customer service, knowledge and selection. After 8 knee surgeries, including a knee replacement, I began having ankle and foot pain about 2 years ago. Walked in and was evaluated, gait analysis, foot analysis, the whole 9 yards tried a variety of shoes and walked out more comfortable than I have in years. Amazing staff and training team! I would have never accomplished the goal of becoming a long distance runner without them!
My husband called Fleet Feet today because we were in need of new running shoes. Not only did someone answer and look up our accounts to see which shoes we purchased last time, they also cut our Superfeet to fit the shoes and delivered them to our doorstep!
